What is the single most important thing attendees discover at your session?
Technology trends impacting events. Event organizers must deal with real-time feedback today, not wait until after the event ends.

What do you believe is the greatest innovation to affect the events industry in the past year?
Disruptive Technologies.

Where do you find inspiration?
In places outside of the events and meetings industry.

What excites you most about the year ahead in the events industry or your personal business?
A galvanizing view of identifying bold new possibilities

What is the best piece of business advice you’ve ever been given?
Customers matter more after the sale. Once you have sold a customer, good service creates happiness. In today's new media marketing funnel, influence and loyalty begins after the sale.
