William R. Pannhoff is a native of Minnesota. There he was co-owner of Crystal Catering in the early 80’s. While serving in the United States Army for six years, he graduated with honors from the military's Club Management & Culinary Arts School, spent time with the Army Culinary Arts Team, and was a general's enlisted aide and the NCOIC of a Military Bed and Breakfast. The Next step was opening B&B Catering in 1990. Mr. Pannhoff has a degree in Food Service Management, a Certificate in Military Club Management and Military Culinary Upgrade Program and is currently working on his degree in Marketing and Retailing. Mr. Pannhoff is an active speaker and writer for the nationally recognized Catersource Inc. and is the Moderator of the Catersource forum. He also is a member of the ICA- the International Caterer's Association.

He is a husband, father of two and grandfather of two. He is very active in his local church and several community groups to include the Military Affairs Committee, the Fayetteville Chamber of Commerce and others, Fayetteville Area Economic Development Corporation, North Carolina Defense Business Association, and is a Board Member of the March of Dimes & Methodist University. But most of all at the end of the day being able to choose any profession in the world, Bill would choose to be a caterer.
