Reuben Tozman is the President and founder of edCetra, a learning services company. Reuben has worked as an instructional designer, a project manager, consultant and product manager within a variety of organizations including post secondary education, retail, manufacturing, IT, pharmaceutical and government.
A former Board of Directors member of CeLEA, a Canadian e-Learning industry organization, Reuben is a speaker at industry events and a contributing writer to industry publications.
He graduated from Concordia University in Montreal with a Masters degree in Educational Technology.
