(DSM), which does business as Delta Dental of Massachusetts, and its various subsidiaries and affiliates, is one of the nation's largest providers and administrators of dental benefits, serving over 11 million people in 18 states and the District of Columbia with both commercial and government dental programs. Ms. Donohue has been the Chief Executive Officer of DentaQuest ... Ventures, Inc., a parent company of Doral Dental USA, LLC since March 23, 2007 and also serves as its Chief Operating Officer and President. She has been a leader in medicine and dentistry since 1975. She has deep understanding of the dental benefits market, shared passion for philanthropy in oral health and commitment to improving effectiveness and efficiency of the oral health care delivery system. She has 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Ms. Donohue served as Executive Vice President of Delta Dental of Massachusetts and Vice President of Planning and Marketing of Chartwell Home Therapies. Ms. Donohue has been an Independent Outside Director of American Dental Partners, Inc. since September 1, 2009. She serves as a Trustee of the Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary, a trustee of Massachusetts Taxpayers Association, a Member of the board of Operation Able, former Vice Chair of the Foundation for Education in Lincoln Sudbury, and served on the boards of the National Association of Dental Plans and the Campfire Boys and Girls Clubs. Ms. Donohue earned a BA at Bryn Mawr College, an M.A. at the Tufts University Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy and an MBA at Boston College.
