This is the first time in history where four generations are in the workforce at the same time. While this is exciting in many ways, it's also challenging! What happens when a Millenial responds to a Baby Boomer's voice mail via text message? How do we encourage productivity while allowing Facebook, Twitter, and IMs in the office?
