Chef Molly Culinary Artistry, Laguna Hills, CA
Chef Molly is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. She began her career in the San Francisco Bay Area, in the kitchens of notable Chefs before relocated to Orange County and establishing Culinary Artistry- A Full Service Catering & Event Production Company.
She is the 2010 President of ISES (International Special Events Society), founding member of WIPA (Wedding Industry Professionals Association), a member of ICA (International Caterers Association) and an approved vendor on The Green Pages. Chef Molly is also a Chef Instructor at the International Culinary Schools, at the Art Institute of California – Orange County and has been invited to teach a catering course at the Culinary Art School in Tijuana, Mexico.
In addition to her work in the kitchen, Chef Molly enjoys giving lectures and demonstrations on cooking and entertaining. She is a regular contributor to food and event industry magazines and a regular presenter at the Festival of Arts Pageant of the Masters in Laguna Beach, summer cooking series.
Although her activities are many she still finds time to mentor young chefs and budding business owners.
