Frank Christian, President, joined Hospitality Inc’s Picnic People division in 1992 and has been an integral part of the success of the company as he moved through a variety of positions. Prior to his last promotion, Frank held the position of President of Picnic People Services, Inc., leading the franchising efforts of Picnic People and directing training programs, ensuring compliance and providing steady support for the franchisees. As Director of Operations, he managed the set-up, fulfillment and tear-down of many special events, producing more than 3,000 events every year. As Operations Manager, Frank focused on improving the sales process, managing warehouse operations, and staff development. Frank currently oversees the operations, customer relations and quality control of Hospitality Inc. and acts as a strategic partner to founder Lisa Richards, helping to position the company for future growth and success over the next 25 years.
