As a chef, owner and operator in the restaurant and catering industry, Eric B. LeVine has proven himself over the past 28 years as an innovator, a leader and mentor. His accolades include: Chef of the Year, International Caterers Association 2008; Star Award, International Caterers Association 2007, 2008; Humanity Award, M.U.S.T. Ministries 2007; Chef of the Year, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation 2006; Best BBQ, Nominated, International Caterers Association 2007; and Mystery Box Challenge Champion, Catersource Conference, Las Vegas 2007.

Eric also has shared his knowledge over the years teaching seminars for Catersource, Event Solutions and the International Caterers Association. He serves as the International Caterers Association Culinary Council Chairman and writes for a monthly article on catering for Chef Magazine.
