What is the single most important thing attendees discover at your session?
The ability to analyze their own events to determine the wisdom of moving outdoors, along with a list of items to consider during the process.

Where do you find inspiration?
I reserve a few minutes during each of my events to stand back and watch the faces of the attendees. Seeing their joy, excitement, and personal investment in the event continues to inspire me.

What excites you most about the year ahead in the events industry or your personal business?
There’s a strong potential that the economy will begin to return to normal, which is great news for the events industry. Personally, business continues to grow and we are excited to be adding another full-time employee and expanding into a larger office!

What is the best piece of business advice you’ve ever been given?
No one is irreplaceable.

In the late 90's, Renee fell in love with planning events – the ability to bring people together in celebration is her passion. Over the past twelve years, Renee has planned events ranging from 12 to 500,000 guests in Colorado, California, Michigan and Florida. She founded Eventful Productions, Inc. in 2003, which supports many of the major outdoor festivals in the Denver area. Renee previously served on the Board of Directors for the Colorado Festivals & Events Association, and was the executive producer of the 'Fabulous Showcase Event' when Event Solutions came to Denver in 2006.
