Monica Myhill has over twelve years of experience in the development, marketing, management and evaluation of training programs, conferences and special events in North America and Europe. She has published articles and presented workshops in the areas of meeting objectives, meeting evaluation and return on investment. She contributed to Proving the Value of Meetings: How and Why to Measure ROI, a compilation of evaluation and ROI case studies published by Meeting Professionals International and the ROI Institute.
