Cliff Schamber has served the Catering Industry for over 25 years employed by Marriott International primarily in the food, beverage and catering arenas. He is a three-time Director of Catering and at his last hotel position he fulfilled the responsibility as the Director of Event Management.
In his current role as the Corporate Director of Catering Sales Solutions and Support, Cliff champions the Catering Sales effort for Marriott International worldwide.
Cliff leads the Catering Sales discipline through an extensive catalog of training and diagnostic tools he has produced to offer Marriott a competitive advantage in the markets competed in.
Cliff’s emphasis on developing the expertise and skill set of the Catering Sales team for Marriott has taken him throughout the world with over 5,000 managers trained in the past 7 years.
