Richard Radbil began in the restaurant business in 1978. His started with a small fast food unit in the Marquette University area of Milwaukee , Wisconsin beginning in 1978. This restaurant quickly became Marquette University’s favorite place to eat. By 1993, the restaurant had morphed into a corporate catering business called Catering Associates. In 2005, the company purchased its main competitor, Deliciously Different, changed its name to Corporate Catering Specialists, and quickly grew to over $1.2 million in sales, making it the largest corporate caterer in the state of Wisconsin. In 2009, Mr. Radbil sold the business, moved to Austin, Texas and opened a consulting and food brokerage firm named Southern Entity Management, Inc.

Mr. Radbil has been married for 35 years to his lovely wife Marci, and together they have 4 children.

Corporate Catering Specialists was unique because it did 99% corporate drop-off business. Weddings and social events were rarely catered by the company. Some days, over 35 orders would be produced and delivered. Mr. Radbil has amassed a wealth of knowledge concerning all aspects of this exciting catering niche.
