In 1997, Andy Lybarger launched his career with NOVA Solutions and proceeded to gain a well-rounded knowledge of various aspects of the company's operations. Andy joined the NOVA team as a production supervisor, quickly moving into the position of Assembly Manager within NOVA's manufacturing facility. This breadth of technical product knowledge and his ability to work well with colleagues provided the expertise to successfully fill the position of Customer Service Representative within NOVA's Customer Service Department. After a year and half in Customer Service, Andy was promoted to Regional Sales Manager and was responsible for a multi-state sales territory. Most recently, Andy accepted the position of National Sales Manager, overseeing some twenty independent furniture sales representative firms located in multiple states throughout the country.

Andy is graduate of Effingham High School and Lake Land College in Mattoon, IL. He resides in Effingham with his wife Kathy and their three children.
