Buses leave from the Cosmopolitan at 8:30am. After the tour, you will be dropped off at the Expo at the Las Vegas Convention Center.

Join in an exclusive tour of the design studio and warehouse of one of the world's leading event production companies. You'll have the rare opportunity to view and study the efficient operations of the various departments that comprise this award-winning company.

The behind-the-scenes tour includes VIP access to view the event process and how intricately the fabrication, graphics, floral, sales, logistics, warehouse, and administrative departments work synergistically to produce over 800 events annually at Las Vegas' leading resorts. You'll also see how they 'sell it' in their state-of-the-art Vision Gallery, an on-site presentation space equipped to present custom designs to scale and exact client specifications. Additionally, you get a glimpse of their custom-designed inventory management system that maintains over 20,000 photographs and images of the exclusive inventory produced in the studio.
