For the past 30 years, Mr. Tymchuck has vigorously pursued the development, production and distribution of convenient food products for people with special medical, lifestyle and religious/ethnic requirements.

Foodservice Express provides products for many medical conditions including diabetes, celiac disease, food allergies (dairy, peanuts, etc.) and high blood pressure.

People with specific lifestyle preferences such as organic, natural and vegetarian are served by Foodservice Express, as well.

Most recently Mr. Tymchuck has focused on religious and ethnic diets in foodservice, including kosher, halal, Middle Eastern, South Asian and Mediterranean/North African.

He speaks and writes extensively on special diets in the foodservice industry. He has spoken at the annual conventions of the National Restaurant Association (NRA), the National Association of College and University Food Service (NACUFS), the Dietary Managers Association (DMA) and the American Dietetic Association (ADA) plus many local and regional meetings.

Recently, Foodservice Express became the first mainstream US company to create a division dedicated to meeting the needs of the kosher and halal (Muslim) foodservice market.

Foodservice Express has developed a series of in-services to help your kitchen staff deal with gluten free, halal, low sodium and other special diets.
