Chef Andrew Alexander-Crossan, although born in London, now considers himself a “native” New Yorker and his cooking style – transglobal fuision cuisine, reflects NYC living as well classical European training, extensive international travel and work experience on both sides of the pond.

Andrew’s multifaceted culinary experience runs the gambit from small hotels and restaurants, to a London Thames Sailing Barge, consulting & working on startups for various restaurant operations both in UK & in seasonal resorts ( NY & California), co-founding a corporate catering business in NYC, and today running a NYC boutique catering & events business with an emphasis on trans-global fusion cuisine.

Together with his wife & partner, he travels the world garnering interesting ethnic and classic food ideas and purchasing unusual decor and equipment that is used in their catering business. As the executive chef of CuisinEtc Catering and Special Events, Andrew often travels around the US and beyond, working on special events and visiting with other caterers.
