April Gregory works as an Instructor’s Assistant at Sullivan University in Louisville, KY; working side by side with Chef Kimberley Jones and the ICA. Prior to working in the hospitality field she worked as a retail manager in Massachusetts. She currently holds two Associates Degrees in Catering & Culinary Arts and a Bachelors in Hospitality Management. She chose the hospitality industry to indulge her creativity and experiments with food preparations and presentations. She revels in the excitement of the catering world. April’s accomplishments include working the 2008 summer Olympics in Beijing, China and 2010 winter Olympics in Vancouver, Canada, working with Framboise Catering; as well as joining forces with the International Caterers Association executing the Annual CaterArts Conference in Louisville, Kentucky.
