Mike has worked in the hospitality field for 10 years, primarily in various catering/operations management roles within ARAMARK's Higher Education division. As a member of ARAMARK's Operational Excellence team since mid-2007 - Mike helps to develop, deploy and maintain catering technology and marketing solutions for campuses across North America. Additionally, this role provides extensive menu design/customization/refinement opportunities and includes both strategic and tactical evaluations of hospitality services on those campuses which ARAMARK serves.
