Brian brings over 28 years culinary and hospitality management experience to his role as Senior District Executive Chef. His position centers both on his culinary skills and his management of operational support and training for several ARAMARK concepts and initiatives. Brian first joined ARAMARK Business Services in 1997 as Executive Chef for Hewlett Packard, and later Assistant Food Service Director for Lockheed Martin Aeronautical. He joined the ARAMARK Higher Education South Region in 2005. Brian is a graduate with honors from the prestigious George Brown College Culinary Arts and Technology in Toronto, Canada, and Certified Executive Chef from the Ministry of Colleges and Universities, Toronto, Ontario. Brian has had the pleasure to provide advance catering setup and support for the Tour de Georgia, President Jimmy Carter, and the Rosalyn Carter Center Board of Trustees.
