Chef Keith has been the Executive Catering Chef at the University of Alabama since 2008. His work experience includes a position of Area Chef for Morrison’s Healthcare Services and Executive Chef for Southland Park. Chef Sipek earned his degree from Southeast Culinary Academy and has come through the Apprenticeship Program of the American Culinary Federation. Chef Keith is an avid scuba diver and enjoys exploring coral reefs.
