Anthony Lambatos grew up working in the family business with his father, Jimmy Lambatos. At 16, he managed the concessions division of Footers Catering and worked many events for the company. In 2004, Anthony returned to Footers full time and had the opportunity to work in the various departments of the company before becoming Vice President in 2007. In March 2010 he and his partner, April Fullom, purchased Footers Catering from his father. Lambatos also is a partner in the food and beverage management of Green Valley Ranch Golf Course and Sporting News Grill. Anthony is passionate about the business side of the catering industry, growing and expanding on what his father built, and creating a place where the employees love to work.
