Cliff recently joined Zilli Hospitality Group in 2009. He comes with a degree from the Culinary School of Kendall College and studied at Purdue University in Restaurant, Hospitality, Institution and Tourism Management. Besides his degree, Cliff has many culinary experiences from working in Country Clubs in Chicago, fine dining throughout the Midwest, and now catering. Cliff’s expertise and vision in spectacular dishes and concepts has rewarded us greatly. He enjoys teaching new chefs the art of plate presentation.
