Jim began his career with The Sullivan University System in the Fall of 1982 and has served as Regional Admissions Officer, Associate Director of Admissions, Dean of Students, Director of Admissions, Corporate Director of Training and Marketing and currently serves as Vice President of Enrollment Management overseeing all of the Sullivan Systems admissions and marketing efforts. His responsibilities also include oversight of the Dale Carnegie Training Franchises in Kentucky and Ohio as well as The National Center for Corporate Learning (NCCL) which works directly with business to business training.

Jim is a three course trainer for Dale Carnegie and Associates and has done extensive research on Generational Diversity and the Millennial Generation. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Commerce Degree (B.S.C.) from the University of Louisville and a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Sullivan University. He is an avid runner (Completed 6 marathons including Boston, Chicago and New York twice). Married 26 years with 3 children and 2 grandchildren.
