Chef Masa Yamashita – Chef Masa is currently Executive Chef for ARAMARK at University of Tennessee at Chattanooga Dining. He is a native of Kobe, Japan, and studied under Chef Paul Bocuse at the Ecole Technique Hoteliere Tsuji. After graduating, he moved to the U.S. and joined the Bluff View Art District as Banquet Chef of Renaissance Commons. He was soon promoted to Executive Chef because of his unique culinary style. Masa is also a “gourmet volunteer” with the Ronald McDonald House.
