Chef Keith graduated from the Culinary Institute of America, and chef apprenticed in Zurich, Switzerland under Michelin 3 starred Chef Bruno Fanetti at the Carlton Elite Hotel. Chef Morrison has served as executive chef for Morgan’s in New York City, the Ramada Treasure Island Resort in Grand Cayman and Duke University in Durham, North Carolina. Chef Morrison has appeared in Southern Living magazine and has appeared on the Turner network.
