Lenny‘s involvement in the industry has spanned more than 20 years, from live entertainment and production to event management. As a performer, he appeared at Caesars Palace, The Dunes, The Sands and The Desert Inn working in various production shows and with his own band. During his performance career, he quietly began a career in the special event industry. He has worked for both the Calvin Klein and Estee Lauder companies as a regional event coordinator and was events and entertainment manager at the Rio All Suite Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas. Prior to joining MGM RESORTS, he worked for USA Hosts, one of the top 50 meeting planning companies in the nation.

The recipient of numerous awards and honors, he has served as the president of ISES Las Vegas and has guest lectured at both UNLV and Temple University.
