In her position, Inderbitzin is responsible for the catering sales and meeting, convention, exhibit and event services for Hilton’s full service hotels in the Americas. With the primary objective of setting vision for group business expectations, establishing benchmarks to meet those expectations and providing the advocacy, standards, procedures, technology solutions, training, resources and measurement of performance to continuously improve business processes, revenue generation, productivity, profit and the overall group experience.

A 22 year veteran, Inderbitzin began her hospitality career with Sheraton and has held leadership roles with Hilton since 1990.

Inderbitzin's professional affiliations include Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA); Meeting Professionals International (MPI). She is currently serving on the NACE board has served as an ACOM board member, numerous committees for PCMA and co-chaired the APEX RFP panel.

Inderbitzin resides in Southern California with her husband and two teenage boys
