With 30 years of Catering experience with ARAMARK, David has served as an operations expert for Business Services Mid-Atlantic Region, managing several locations, of which one venue was a three state catering only location that provided corporate catering to 22 client locations. He provided leadership for large regional and national multi-day, special events such as the Pro Cycling Tour (PCT) events in Philadelphia, New York and San Francisco, and was chosen as a Director of Catering for the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney, Australia.

In 2004, David leveraged his knowledge base working as the Director of Catering Development for ARAMARK’s Strategic Assets, creating and providing catering solutions for the many business units. David became the National Director for Catering Excellence in ARAMARK’s Higher Education in 2006. His focus is to create and implement strategy and systems for the Higher Education Catering initiative.

Additionally, David has served on the National Board of NACE (National Association of Catering Executives) and on the Advisory Board for Catersource.
