What do you believe is the greatest innovation to affect the events industry in the past year?
The power of true perseverance, professionalism, and passion. This, more than anything, has transformed the industry into one that is leaner and more efficient over the past 12 months. Those that have successfully adapted to the changing business environment and challenging economic situation have succeeded in remaining in business.

Where do you find inspiration?
I have always lived by the quote “A good event designer studies the work of other event designers, a great designer studies everything”. Fine Art, Music, Architecture, Fashion, and Nature are all sources of constant inspiration to me.

What excites you most about the year ahead in the events industry or your personal business?
Continuing to meet the challenges of breaking old records and setting new ones. As well as branching out into producing events globally.

What is the best piece of business advice you’ve ever been given?
“Do the right things, and avoid doing the wrong things.”
