Over 30 years ago he began his career as a professional street performer when he created a gritty, smart, irreverent and irresistible character called “The Rat Catcher” for the Minnesota Renaissance Festival.

He was instrumental in the success of the wildly popular Fish! videos, touring globally and speaking on the language of engagement by the Fish Mongers at Pike Market in Seattle.

On stage, in Top Performer, the book he co-authored with Stephen Lundin, and in his breakthrough DVD, “Top Performer: A Bold Approach to Service,” Carr presents a lively and accessible new paradigm for sales, service and engagement based on lessons from the street and the corporate stage.
