With over twenty years of Catering experience in ARAMARK Higher Education, Doug has held every position from banquet server to Director of Catering in large University accounts. He joined the Operational Excellence team late in 2009, with the opportunity to leverage his experience on a national level. In his current role, Doug helps to develop & implement Catering training programs for both the United States and Canada, and evaluate campuses on both strategic and tactical levels. A current Chapter President for NACE (the National Association of Catering Executives), Doug earned his CPCE (Certified Professional Catering Executive) designation in 2009.
